We're looking for a young woman to sublet at AMLI 300

Sublet opportunity at AMLI 300! We have an amazing two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that is dog/cat friendly and available for sublet until September. The rent is a little under $1500 per month, and you'll have the pleasure of living with my kick-ass roommate who is currently getting her masters and still a full time employee.

The apartment is fully equipped with in-unit washer/dryers, and trash pickup is included. However, wifi and electricity are not and up being around $30ish each give or take, so you'll need to budget for those two expenses. The location is unbeatable, right across the street from Whole Foods headquarters and Trader Joe's and is the first property before the water/running trails, so you'll enjoy a great view!

Please note that we'll begin accepting applications for a move-in date of mid-March to the beginning of April. I have to move out as a result of a job change, so I want to ensure that we find the right fit for our apartment and roommate.

The one drawback is that the train passes right by here, so if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the best option for you.
