I’ve got a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment split roommate style, so you’ll have your own king-sized bedroom and private bathroom, plus a huge walk-in closet (bigger than mine tbh) and a relaxing garden tub.

I work from home with my office in my room, but I do come out to unwind sometimes, especially Wednesdays for Survivor at 7pm 😄

Rent is $950/month all inclusive with utilities included plus washer and dryer. The only furniture I have available for you is a full sized mattress, but if you don’t need that I can sell it lol.

I’m super friendly and drama free and hoping for the same ✨ I’d describe myself as a social introvert, I’m talkative and fun but I do need to recharge alone often. I would prefer no overnight guests but I’m open to chatting about it!

It’s a gated community with app-based access for entry. You’ll have full access to the secured mail room, gym, pool, and indoor common areas using a FOB I’ll provide you with, plus your own mailbox key and a key for the apartment.
