This Austin themed home is fully furnished with Nest, Google Fiber, West Elm beds and Tuft and Needle mattresses. Monthly cleaning services included. All housemates are pre screened.

-The Master room (15x5 ft x 12x5 ft) is essentially a studio setup: bed, couch, desk, TV and ensuite bathroom with a double closet.
-The Pennybacker is a unique room (10.5 ft x 11 ft) with your own private sunroom. You'd have your own separate living area. A Zen Den!
-The ACL room is the third (10 ft x 11 ft) and most affordable room in the home.
