Beautiful 10' by 13' room in the awesome walkable/bike rideable East Austin Cherrywood neighborhood! A few minutes from downtown and everything Austin! We're across the street from Mueller and one of the best farmers markets in Austin every Sunday. The house is also a frisbee throw away from a park with baseball, basketball, tennis courts, skate park and a community garden. Close to North Loop and east side fun.

The Room: 1 of 3 rooms in the house - with a sizable shared bathroom. Your room is the master with its own bathroom (standing shower) and larger closet for $920 plus 80-150 in bills every month.

Looking for someone to commit to a full year.

The House: Huge two living room, 3/2, garage and attic for storage, 2 working fireplaces, hardwood floors and hard wood trim, with a great kitchen, awesome 5 burner gas stove for your every cooking dream, washer and dryer, dining room, huge fenced in backyard with 4 raised beds and bike hutch, the list goes on. This place is a gem, central to everywhere. The house pretty much comes fully furnished. WE GOT POTS! WE GOT PANS! CUTLERY! You name it:) All that to say - you're walking into a pretty sweet set up and we're not looking for someone who has a lot of stuff because we got it covered:) However, there will definitely be some storage space available to you in the garage and in your room but just want to set the expectations up front.

Roommates:
If I may say - 2 pretty cool, clean and respectable lady roommates Jade and Ryan. A little bit about us, we're both in our 30's and very chill. Ryan is a professional glass artist/instructor and loves to garden. Jade works at a local hospital and appreciates a zen house. Not a party house per se but very welcoming vibes and no sticklers here. drink some wine/beers/cocktails a few times a week kind of people. We also have 2 cool cats. So it goes without saying that you'll have to like cats and/or not be allergic. All cats are inside/outside cats, chill, and special little critters. If you like cats you will love them! Unfortunately though we have definitely reached the animal cap for the house so that is something to keep in mind.

You:
We are hoping to find a person who can commit to an entire year but willing to work with you. Ideally in their late 20s-30s, single occupancy. We’re pretty chill around these parts, the only rules are that you keep the house and your space clean and that you respect those you share the space with and pay your rent on time.
