Hi, my name is Jamey and I am looking for short-term/medium term renters for a furnished bedroom in my house. I'm 56, and I work remotely for the state 100%, and when I'm not here I'm on tour as a musician, usually for long weekends throughout the year. I'm a leftist, non-smoking, sober person as well. I get pretty into gardening every year, and other people who get way too into something are encouraged to reach out. The house is located 3 blocks from I-35 and is very cozy, 985 sq ft, has central AC/heat with washer/dryer and wifi, plus there is a security system. Cats are ok, and it's walking distance to all of East Austin's popular spots like Franklin BBQ, Quickie Pickie, and Radio Coffee Rosewood. It's a smaller house, so a single person is probably the best fit for a roommate, and I'm sure the location would appeal to students/downtown workers/medical workers since it's so close to everything. $1000 a month, ABP.
