The house is located on East 10th St and Waller. 7-minute walk Target/Whole Foods, East 6th street and tons of restaurants nearby as well as yoga studios. Living room features high ceilings, windows facing all directions, smart 55’’ TV, and a comfy couch. Large kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new appliances, large walk-in pantry, and all essential cooking supplies. Washer and dryer in house. Bathroom is shared with another roommate but features tons of storage and is next to the room. The house is beautifully decorated with a boho international theme. Backyard features a 4 person barrel sauna, cold plunge a pergola deck, couch, and a dining table with chairs. Will be adding a large turf area for outdoor workouts.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen memory foam mattress, closet, dresser, nightstand and lamps, and a desk to work from home. The window faces east.
