En suite for rent

We are a married, gay couple. We live downstairs. Upstairs has a bedroom with private bath and a separate room we use as an office occasionally. There is an upper and lower patio under a huge oak tree. Walking distance to private park off Lake Austin. Fenced back yard if you have a dog. Hot tub, grill and electric smoker.

We travel several times a year, so we are looking for someone who is responsible and clean. Ideally you love dogs (we have a 4 year old lab mix). We are open to another dog if you have one. We are willing to reduce rent for dog sitting, but doing so is not required.

Parking is on the street in front of the house. We live on a very quiet street, in a quiet, upscale, neighborhood.
