* The Dallas: Available November 1. $975 per month. Private bedroom with walk-in closet and shared bathroom.

Every room includes:

Home features include gigabit Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, assigned storage throughout the home, and EV charging. Utilities are included up to the household cap stated in the lease. Any overage is divided among the residents.

Professional cleaning is provided twice monthly for common areas and all bathrooms.

The home is approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom Airport and about 20 minutes from Downtown Austin, with convenient access to Tesla, COTA, hospitals, and major employment areas.

House standards include quiet hours from 10 p. m. to 7 a. m., no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, no additional pets, and cleaning up immediately after using common areas.

Leases start at one month. The first month is free with a lease of six months or longer. A security deposit is required and may vary based on the credit profile, occupancy, and lease length. All terms are provided in writing before a lease is offered.

The application includes a $45 background and credit screening. The screening fee is waived for travel nurses with a verifiable contract.
