Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share our apartment at Ethos Apartments in South Austin, conveniently located near S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78744. The community offers easy access to I-35 and is just minutes from downtown Austin, Southpark Meadows, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.

The available room is private and comes with your own separate full bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, living room, and all common areas.

The apartment community offers great amenities, including:

We also have two very friendly dogs, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets and enjoys having dogs around.

My boyfriend and I keep the apartment clean, organized, and peaceful. We enjoy a relaxed, respectful home where everyone feels comfortable while also respecting each other’s privacy. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.

Our current lease runs through December, so we’re looking for someone who can stay through the remainder of the lease. If everything works out well, we’d be happy to discuss renewing the lease together.
