Plus last month's rent as a security deposit. Your space includes a private bedroom, a private bath with all the amenities, a pool, and a gym.
Your room is on the other side of the apartment, so you have a lot of privacy. (Everything is furnished; washer/dryer included).
About me: I am a mature, professional, intellectual with a good sense of humor. I am a PhD, clinical nutritionist/biochemical analyst, so I like to keep it somewhat healthy. I work at home, remotely. I am also an educator, writer(author), artist, and musician. I am spiritual but definitely not religious. I am politically liberal.
I’m friendly and compassionate; I like to talk and socialize, but I also prefer my me time. I’m neat but not fanatical, not a fan of clutter. Not a smoker, drink only socially, and easy-going. I have 2 very sweet young twin brother kitties named Salvador and Dali who mostly hang with me, so if you don't want them to bother you, they are pretty good at giving you your space.
