Beautiful Home: 1 bedroom w/ private bath

A one-bedroom with a private bath in a beautiful new home 20 minutes from downtown.

The home is nearly 3800 sqft, you would be living upstairs which is like having a private floor all to yourself, and there are two other bedrooms, a media room, and a private study as well.

All wooden floors, amenities, outside fireplace, with an open backyard to prairie, full washer and dryer, one garage space, and plenty of storage. You can decorate the room any way you want to, these are just the current pics.

I am a very relaxed professional, I work from home, but I have a private office. I am very respectful of people space, and zen time. I don't party although I do love a good brunch. Friends come over to hang by the fire and dinner every once in a while. I spend my weekends going into nature, biking, walking, hiking, playing with the kitties, or just chilling and watching a flick.
I may also sneak out to festivals or music events as they come up, and other outings that are fun.

I am a cat dad, and there are three playful and sweet kitties to hang out with if you like.
