Upstairs includes three bedrooms, a media/lounge room, and a private study, plus large common areas with plenty of space to spread out. You’ll share the upstairs with one other chill, respectful person, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so privacy is excellent.

I’m a relaxed professional and work from home, but I have a private office, so I’m not in shared spaces all day. I don’t party, but I do love a good brunch. Friends come over occasionally for dinner or to hang out by the fire. Weekends are usually spent with friends, nature, biking, hiking, the occasional festival/music event, or just chilling and watching a movie.

Pets
I’m a cat dad—there are three sweet, playful kitties here. If you have a dog, it can work as long as they’re calm and truly good with cats.
