Looking for clean, respectful roommates to share a great home.
Rooms separately: $1,000/month utilities included. Both rooms: $1600 utilities included.
• The Spaces: room 1 - A bright, clean bedroom that is currently a blank canvas for you to make your own. It comes unfurnished. A standard size closet is attached to room.
Room 2 - Will be furnished with a bed, small night stand, tv, one small bookshelf, one large bookshelf. Furniture can be removed if not needed. All decor will be removed prior to move in. Standard size closet attached.
• The Bathroom: full size bathroom with bathtub. All decor will be removed prior to move in.
• The Household: I have one friendly dog who loves the place. Because of the current dynamic, absolutely no additional pets are allowed (no exceptions!). I am an automotive repair professional with a passion for precision, problem-solving, and quality service. Outside of my career, I am an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast. My favorite downtime is spent exploring new places or relaxing with my incredible soon-to-be 9 year-old Lab mix. I currently have a coworker/friend that is staying at the house temporarily while he transitions his family over from Australia over the next 3 months. We both work hard, keep a quiet schedule, and appreciate a peaceful, relaxed house. 4 bed/2 bath-fully equipped kitchen and relaxing main living areas, with a fully fenced back yard. High-speed Internet capable of handling multiple devices at once. One camera on property: doorbell camera.
Neighborhood: Welcome to a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in its final phase of construction. The community features two pools, two clubhouses, and scenic ponds with fountains. Thanks to an attentive HOA that ensures all properties are well-maintained, it is a clean, tranquil, and beautiful place to live.
