We are looking for a clean, responsible, mature individual to share a space in our home with us.
We – the owners - do have pets - cats & a lizard. No other pets of any sort are permitted on or in the premises.
The house is in a quiet, respectful neighborhood, close to shopping, dining & urgent care facility.
We, the owners/landlords/occupants, are a married couple, we live a quiet lifestyle, we don't party, we don't drink in excess. The same can be said for the current tenants residing here as well.
