It's a brand new build-out separate from the main house. The only thing that is shared is the laundry room where we all have access.

The In-Law Suite features your own private entrance along a lovely side-yard filled with beautifully manicured plants.

When you first walk into the studio you'll see it's quite spacious and fully furnished, including a stylish couch, comfy king-sized bed with SmartTV, table for eating and/or working, and wood-style floors run throughout the studio for a clean, low-maintenance vibe.

It also features your own en-suite private bathroom as well as a kitchenette perfect for light cooking.

It sits on a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac style street that offers easy parking right in front of the studio.

When you're ready to head out, you'll find plenty nearby to explore. Randol Mill Park is a short walk from the house, and just a few minutes away, River Legacy Park offers trails, river views, and space to stretch your legs. For food, locals love the tacos at Cartel Taco Bar, Hurtado BBQ, Cane Rosso, Inclusion Coffee, and weekend brunch at Tin Cup.

Whole Foods, Tom Thumb, Starbucks and other essentials are very close by, and you're a quick hop (no highway driving required!) to Arlington's entertainment district with AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Texas Live. It's a great spot to settle in, whether you're here for work or just need a break.
