I’m offering a fully furnished room with a private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood for $1100 (price covers rent, water, and WiFi). The location is 5 - 7 minutes from UTA, multiple grocery stores, attractions, and nightlife. I’m looking for someone to rent the room for at least a year but if you need flexibility we can work something out.

A bit about me: I work from home full time, have an older dog (trained and friendly), and enjoy cooking and volunteering. I travel for work and pleasure throughout the year so there are points in time where you will have the house all to yourself. I’m pretty chill and looking for someone who’s chill and doesn’t mind picking up after themselves. We can hangout or keep to ourselves.
