Looking to fill our 3rd room!

Me (28f) and my roommate Julia (22f) (also my sister-in-law) are looking for someone clean, respectful, considerate and reliable to fill our extra room. It is currently partially furnished with a twin bed (we would request payment to purchase the bed if considering use) and a desk and vanity chair. These can be removed! We are about 15-20 mins from downtown Arlington/UTA. 20 mins to Fort Worth, 35-40 mins to Dallas. It’s a quiet, family neighborhood with mostly elderly neighbors. Most likely will be street parking, which is safe. Utilities are approximately $170/month each- not included in rent. You will have a shared bathroom with Julia, with a sink/counter/cabinets to yourself. I am in the master, which is across the house. We individually maintain cleanliness of the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room, garage, backyard) and we request the same from a housemate!! We both keep to ourselves most days, aren’t big partiers, and appreciate a peaceful home :) There’s one elderly cat, who also keeps to himself! Pics included of the whole house!
