This is a quiet home—not a party house.
The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and designed for people who want a comfortable place to study, work, or simply enjoy coming home at the end of the day.

Your private furnished bedroom includes:
• Single-size daybed that can also be used as a couch with the extra pillows provided
• Private desk and workspace

• Netflix, local channels, and many other available channels and streaming options

• Private keyed bedroom door lock
• Shared bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and pebble-stone floor
Your bedroom is your own private space. The kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry area, front porch, and patio are shared areas of the home.

🤝 A Small, Peaceful Household
This isn't a large apartment complex or crowded student house.
It's a small, shared home where residents have their own private rooms and share the common areas.
One current roommate has happily lived here for more than 8 years, which says a lot about the stability and peaceful atmosphere of the home.
I generally live in the home as well, so I'm available if you have questions or need something during your stay.
At the same time, I respect everyone's privacy and understand that people have different schedules and levels of interaction. You can be as social—or as private—as you prefer.

The home has two friendly indoor cats:
• Black Domestic Shorthair
• Siamese
If you're comfortable living with cats, they are part of the household and may occasionally come say hello.

📅 Monthly Living
All bookings are for 30 nights or longer.
This is intended for people looking for a real home-away-from-home experience rather than a short vacation stay.

Because this is a shared home, residents are expected to help maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment.

• Outside smoking is permitted
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• Please remove shoes at the front door
• Please keep shared areas clean and tidy
• Visitors are welcome as long as you are present in the home with them
• Guests must be comfortable using stairs
• Street parking is available approximately three houses away

• Please read this carefully before booking.
• I am extremely sensitive to cologne, perfumes, air fresheners, scented sprays, incense, scented candles, and strongly scented products.
• For that reason, this is a fragrance-free home.
• Please do not use or bring these products into the home during your stay.
• If you regularly use heavily scented products and cannot avoid them while living here, this probably isn't the right co-living environment for you.

• Your bedroom is private and has its own keyed lock.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front porch, and front entrance. There are no cameras in private areas or guest rooms.
• At check-in, government-issued identification will be verified for security purposes.
• For stays longer than 28 days, a rental agreement will be required.
