3 bedroom house. Older house. Have 1 bedroom available upstairs. No alcoholics.

2 people work night shift, 1 day shift. So headphones are good for all of us for our music and/or tv as there is someone out working and someone sleeping pretty much all week long. We’re 3 different people living 3 different lives looking to add an independent 4th that has a reliable job and doesn’t bring any drama in house,

Totally fine with someone that enjoys going out and having fun. Just know the after party is never gonna be here.

There are animals in the house, sometimes they have little accidents that I clean up, shouldn’t ever happen upstairs where you are but if that’s a major issue this won’t be house for you. We function as a solid 3 person unit looking to add a 4th to just pay rent on time….
