Hello! Listing the private conversion that I did in my home. It has its own private door with lock and key for you to have. You will have your own kitchen, bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom with rainfall shower. Fridge will be added prior to anyone moving in as well for you to store all your food and such. Additionally all AC is controlled by you in your space. Only thing shared is laundry just outside the door! Always more then welcome in the rest of the house but I’m sure a lot of people will respect the private space of their own. My brother and I live in this house at the moment but we are both active professional workers who are gone often. Just looking for someone laid back, clean and respectful of the space to come stay. All utilities are included in this price as well as internet is included. On street or driveway parking is available to you, either or! Open to flexible leases at the moment for traveling workers but at the moment unfurnished. Totally cool with hanging out in common spaces in the rest of the house, just trying to offset that expensive cost of living here in Dallas!
