Chill Home Looking for a Laid-Back Roommate

Hey! I’m looking for a cool, chill roommates to share my home. The room is on the smaller side (105 sq ft), so it’s best for someone who doesn’t need a lot of space and is easygoing.

A few important things to know:

I have a dog, so you must be okay with pets

Utility bills are split evenly between everyone in the house

Bills are divided weekly (usually due Wednesdays), so nothing big hits all at once

Rent is due at the beginning of each month

I like to keep the house cold (around 65)

Smoking is allowed, but outside only

No parties, and I prefer knowing ahead of time if guests are coming over
