1 suite in 2 bedroom apartment. Clearfork-Trinity

I live in the clear fork area which was not an option. Located on the trinity and at the trails. Near whole foods. There is a decent sized bedroom and bathroom with shower for you. Also a large walk in closet. My friend works here. I will share the complex info so you can see photos, floorplan. I have a Pomeranian that mostly lives in my bedroom. I do not want additional pets. No smoking, no vaping, etc. I work from home as an Accounting Manager.. the apartment is really nice. I do not have the common area set up well but we can collab on that. The complex has all the amenities and is a fairly new complex.

I do have a queen bed and desk in the room now. I can leave that or you can bring your furniture. Photos are from apt website. My apt is a little different. Floorplan is 2d and there is a virtual tour.
