Room 4 Rent

hello I've got an apartment that is nearly completely unfurnished it's clean the cost of rent here is $1,400 plus utilities I can put my bed in either the living room or in the bedroom I'm charging $500 if you want the bedroom to yourself and I'll be in the open space of the living room and the door straight across is the bathroom or $400 if you want the living room instead I'm a veteran I stick to myself all I've got is my phone I'm not loud I don't party and nobody comes over I'm going to be here 6 months until I start my new truck driving job just looking for someone to help me cover the costs until I start my dream job thank you much for your time if you have any questions feel free to call, Also all the utilities are included I'm getting internet within the next week you'll have access if need be there's a pool and laundry and covered parking
