Friendly veteran household

Hi I’m a Navy Veteran with a large home is a desirable community! House is 3 bedroom 3 bath with a private outdoor upper level deck. You will have a large den and a shared bathroom in addition to a good-sized bedroom. Household is 420 friendly however NO other drugs are allowed. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors on upper level.
I love to cook and bake so you will definitely eat well here. We all contribute to food and I do meal prep so food is always available. Community is important so we interact with each other and watch movies together etc vs just living together! Humans need engagement so we treat one another like friends. I have a small dog that is friendly and well mannered. I will consider a small to medium size dog must be housebroken! A additional $250 non-refundable fee is required for a dog. You must pickup after your pet when walking through the community as well as in the backyard.
General cleaning of the house is EVERYONES responsibility: kitchen bathrooms and ALL living spaces!
You may rent half the garage for an additional $150 monthly or opt for free street parking! All registration and plates must be up to date with no body damage!
Household is LGBTQ+ however everyone conducts themselves with dignity and respect.
ALL are welcome Veterans preferred!
Fitness is something we do for health and balance so bring your A-game! We go running, biking and fishing! You don’t have to workout but the ideal roommate would!
