Furnished room in beautiful home in South Hills

I have a furnished room for rent in a beautiful, quiet, 5/2 home in Fort Worth.
The room has a twin-sized bed, nightstand with lamp, and a TV.
The house is over 2200 sqft, with wide open, well lit living room, dining room, kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The house rocks a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room.

We are working professionals and enjoy a quiet environment.

You'd be sharing two bathrooms with other tenants and have full access to common areas, washer and dryer, and the backyard.
There are no pets in the house.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
Single occupancy only.

I'm hoping to find:
- professionals/grad students/serious minded, mature undergrads
- individual who can keep a clean house
- responsible person that pays rent on time
- peaceful, mellow person to share the house

What I'm NOT looking for:
-party animals |||| our house is QUIET. This environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.
-passive aggressive people |||| my tenants know, if there is a problem, we discuss it as mature adults, I do not need any adult children living in this house
-messy, messy people |||| when finished in the kitchen, clean it

There's plenty street parking in front of the house.

The house is minutes away from Hulen Mall and plenty of shopping and restaurants, and TCU, in a quiet neighborhood.

Lease term:
Six months : $650/mo per room.
Month-to-month : $750/mo per room.
Price includes everything you'd need: furnished rooms with TV, utilities, wifi (no extra charges).
$400 security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's rent saved up ($1050-$1150), and cannot pass a background check, please do not contact me. I need someone mature, responsible, and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.
