Furnished Room in House with Pool

Hi, please read the description. I have a furnished room available for rent in my huge home, SE Arlington, near Life Time Fitness and 20 mins away from UTA. The room (shared bathrooms) comes furnished with a queen bed, mattress, nightstand, desk, chair and it has a walkin closet. There is a washer & dryer on-site. You will have complete access to the home including the swimming pool.

Roommates are all very respectful, friendly and most importantly we keep the home clean (we clean weekly)! To move in you will need a $700 refundable deposit and $700 rent with bills included.

-I'm looking for someone that is clean, someone that would treat this place as their own. No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the house, I'm ok with a few friends over every now and then as long as it doesn't get out of hand
-Must be employed and must provide proof of employment (last two pay stubs). Unemployed students are welcome but with first and last month + the deposit
-I will run a background check
-Month to month lease
