I am renting a room in my house. The house has four rooms; my partner and I live in one, another is an office, and the one for rent is at the front. It is fully furnished, with a bed, brand new mattress, dressers, and a wallmounted TV. All utilities are included (electricity, internet, cable), and there is a washer and dryer available. The bathroom is shared, but no one else lives in that room. We are looking for a responsible, tidy man, no vices, who respects the space, in an LGBTQ+ friendly home. No additional pets; we already have two small dogs. The house is quiet, with street parking, security cameras, and a calm neighborhood.
