Looking for a clean, drug free, professional with a stable job to rent one of my spare room at my town home. Preferably be part of the LGBTQ+ or at least an Ally. no drugs, no smoking or pets allowed, no visitors or overnight stay unless I approve it ( case by case), respect and maintain clean common areas, can use kitchen but needs to clean after themselves right away. No load music or TV after 7pm ( I wake up at 5:30 am to go to work) 2 carport behind the house 1 available for the renter. $900 rent on the first day of the month and 1 month deposit. Room will be available on or after April 1st 2024. Room has a queen bed and a mattress., good size closet and a night stand. Written contract needs to be signed by both parts. One month in advance before the renters leave or won’t return deposit.
