We are a senior mother and daughter in this house.

We're about 2 miles from TCU.

LGBT household.

I full bedroom available. PICK FROM 1 OF 2 ROOMS: one has green curtains and one has pink. One faces East and one faces West. 3 windows in each room. Hardwood floor.

Closet is small so you may need a clothes rack in your room. Rooms are unfurnished. Furniture is in the room photos because (quiet and respectful) teens use the rooms on every other weekends and that furniture will be consolidated to one room once you pick a room. Shared full bathroom when kids are here, otherwise, it's mostly yours. Bathroom has a bidet.

We have teens (age 17) that visit every other weekend. So no illegal drugs and no sex offenders allowed.

There is one cat in the house.

We don't have cable TV but we do have high-speed fiber Internet. If you want cable, you are welcome to order it for yourself.

Driveway parking available most days as I work from home most of the week. We'll have to stack cars so you'll need to move at least once a week so I can go to work. Street parking available otherwise.

No dogs or cats allowed as we have an anxious cat, but other pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
