Queer Comic Nerd seeking roommate

Hi there! I’m Hannah! I am a genderfluid writer who loves reading, comics, nail art, plants and crafting. Seeking AFAB and/or queer roommate for apartment in Westside Fort Worth, 10 minutes from downtown. Current tenants are me and two furry friends, my cats Mo and Tanis. Large room with a private entrance and access to kitchen is for rent. The bathroom would be shared-it is a hotel style bathroom and both doors open towards the sink/vanity area.. Apartment includes access to a patio with plant friends. Parking would be uncovered. All bills-internet, water and electric are included in rent. There is no washer or dryer but the laundry room is 10 feet from the apartment. Complex includes two pools and a workout room. All furniture currently in the room will go into storage, unless you wish to use it. (Let me know!)

LGBTQA friendly. I things quiet and would prefer the same. No drug use or alcohol use allowed in home. Vaping nicotine in the house or smoking cigarettes on the patio is fine.
