The monthly rent is $1,000 and the room will be available around April 2026. I'm ideally looking for someone wanting a shorter 6-9month rental timeframe. The bedroom is fully furnished, and there is a bathroom right next to it that will effectively be your personal bathroom, as my girlfriend and I only ever use the one in our bedroom. It's a great, quiet neighborhood. The house has a spacious backyard with a gazebo. There is a pleasant park nearby as well that is great to take walks around. You'll also have access to the washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and any needed laundry or kitchen amenities. There is high-speed internet as well, and a TV in the bedroom. I have one calico cat.
