This is a shared house living situation. The home is treated like a apt everyone is free to come and go as they please. There are 2 man and 2 women living here now everyone is in their mid 30's and 40's everyone stays to themselves and everyone here uses the house as a place to sleep and relax with no drama or noise. Everyone is respectful of each other's space and privacy and there are rules to keep it that way. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Everyone has their own place for their dishes in the kitchen and set days in the week for their laundry We have a cleaning lady that comes once a month to clean all common areas. The house is over 4400 sq feet and the open room is 800 sq feet furnished room Rent includes all utilities and high speed internet washer and dryer personnel a/c unit and heater in your room and garage parking spot and private bathroom There is a pool table, There is a foose ball table and a dart board as well for recreation covered patio for smoking Downstairs is a furnished living room separate dining table, small desk and computer set up for everyone to use there is a basketball court in the back yard. All common areas in the house are monitored and recorded with cameras for everyone's safety The home is 10 mins from all major hwys 183/820/121. 10 mins from southlake 30 mins from dal and ft worth 20 mins from DFW airport and 5 mins from the train station. Long term rental preferred. Short term will be acceptable. There are plenty of trails if your a runner or walker. There is a gym, super Walmart, Kroger, chic fil-A, Lowe’s and Starbucks all within 5 mins of the house. the people who live on the property all professional. So only looking for additional professional people to add to the property. Background check and deposit will be discussed with owner.
