All bills paid, fully furnished (queen) including TV, bedroom room and private bath in modern home, quiet, safe neighborhood. Your room will also have a separate living area, desk, outdoor porch and entrance with room.
Monthly rate includes electric, gas, water, trash, lawn care, washer/dryer use, housekeeping of common areas monthly, TV provided with speed internet. Street parking (plenty off street parking-no neighbors across the street).
$500 deposit, if areas are left undamaged upon move out and with 30 day notice. Cleaning fee $75.
This is a shared home-3 bed/3bath downstairs and owner lives upstairs. Potential roommate will need to be responsible, quiet, respectful, no drama, no property damage, stealing or drugs.
Must be clean, and pick up/clean up after yourself.
You must have a stable outside job, and/or verifiable steady income, ID. No pets. No smoking.

Near the new Smithfield train station (.7 miles), DFW airport (15 min away) and TCC, Northeast campus.
