One room available $800. The room available is the 10’ x 9’, wood floor.
Have a quite, laid back home. The occasional football party with a few friends is ok. The continual party atmosphere will not be tolerated.
I will take care of all utilities. All I am asking is to be respectful, come and go as you please and pay the rent on time, 3rd ea mo, clean up your own mess and dishes.
No minimum stay, but an additional months rent/deposit is due upon agreement. Asking for a minimum of 1 month notice upon leaving to get deposit back.
