Female Roommate preferred

Hi there! We are renting a house and have a room available! We are preferably looking for a female, as we are all females, to rent with us. Everything except your bedroom is furnished. Our requirements are, reliable renting history, no smoking of any kind, no significant others sleeping over, and we prefer membership with good standing at your church (just gives us all something in common). A character reference letter would be appreciated, but certainly not necessary. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one person. There is a private pool. You have equal share with everything in the house! We act more like family, splitting groceries and utilities, to help make life more affordable. Please, let me know if you are interested!
