Room(s) for rent

Entry way into the living room leading into dining/kitchen area.

I am a single public school teacher currently living on my own in a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom home.

Potentially, I have 2 rooms that could be used by a roommate with a conjoining bathroom.

As for pricing, depending on the needs of my new roommate it is possible that use of both bedrooms could be covered by one $900-$1000 rental fee. One of the rooms currently has a full-sized bed with an old dresser while the other is pretty much empty. We’ll get it all figured out in terms of usage of both spaces.

The kitchen, dining and living room area pretty much stand between my master bedroom and the 2 available rental bedrooms. It’s not a particularly large home but the new roommate would pretty much have one section of the house on his own with access to kitchen/dining/living room including his own bathroom.

This also comes with a parking spot in the driveway and potential usage of the garage when needed.

My house is located close to the Mansfield post office with easy/quick access to HW 287.

I am a pretty chill person who can be fair, reasonable and adapt as necessarily. The only thing I would have to insist on is that my new roommate be good and kind to my dog. (She’s a good girl.)
