1 bedroom 1 bath SHARED apartment rental

One bedroom for rent, queen size bed included if needed

I am looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my apartment. Preferably someone who has carried their job for a while and are stable enough on their feet to pay bills on time. If you currently do not have a job or bounce between jobs please do not reach out. I am looking for only serious inquiries and need someone who is mature.
MUST BE OKAY WITH CAMERAS (I have them throughout the apartment for security)
- One bedroom one private bathroom (not connected) queen size bed included if needed.
- You will have access to the living room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, balcony
- rent is $500 a month. Due on the 1st
- Water and Internet included.
- electricity bill will be split in half (usually due the first week of the month)
-You will be responsible for all personal needs, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, food, and drinks
-Currently looking for a permanent roommate for the next 6 to 12 months
-Preferred non-smokers
-No pets of any kind are allowed
-single people only, not looking for a couple
- I do have a small child, must be OK with that.

I am a single parent, me and my Child will be out of the apartment most of the day, especially during the school week. We are early risers, and leave early in the morning.
Usually back home around 5 PM & in bed no later than 8pm during the week.
