Large Master Suite

First of all, I know this listing says Fort Worth but it is actually a Keller address. I’m aboutr a half mile from Keller and live in Keller ISD.

This is a single dwelling home in an awesome and safe neighborhood. The master bedroom and large bathroom, with a large closet, will be room that is available. I take pride in my home and I want someone who is neat and responsible.

The pictures I have posted of the master bedroom will not necessarily reflect how it is going to look. I am in the process of getting it fixed up. However, even though the furniture comes in the room, you can decorate your room any way you choose.

If you don’t have a TV I have one you can use. I don’t have cable TV, except on the big TV in the living room, but I have lots of streaming services. I’m not really much of a TV watcher. However, adding cable TV to your room is always an option for you.

The bed is a king size bed with a remote, so you can raise the head and the legs to a comfortable position. It also has a zero gravity setting. It’s great for tired legs, or swollen, feet, or an achy back. Plus, it’s a must have if one has reflux.

I am so flexible and easy-going, and I know we can work out something that will be comfortable and satisfactory for both of us.

Of, course, you will have access to the rest of the house. If you have family that wants to come visit that is great and we have extra guest rooms. My kitchen is complete with all of the latest conveniences. I am a gadget person, and sort of a techie, so the house is full of neat and fun things. And, I don’t think you can think of a gadget that goes in a kitchen that I don’t have for us to use.

Of course, you will have off-street parking, but I don’t have enough room in the garage for two cars. Your spot in the driveway will always be yours and no one will be parked in it when you arrive home from wherever you may be.

I am a senior woman who would prefer an older roommate, but one who doesn’t necessarily act like an old person, or even want to be an old person. LOL A younger person would not necessarily be a dealbreaker, though. I stay mostly to myself, and actually stay in my room most of the time. I have two small pups, plus a dog sitting business.

The only time there will be more than two dogs in the house is when I have other dogs that I am watching…which is almost daily. I only accept small dogs to watch. Even though they are small, they can be very, very noisy at times. I try to keep them quiet as much as I can. They are rarely noisy, unless the doorbell rings. And, they are not under foot all the time. They will not be allowed in your room and I have them contained to a certain area in the house. They have a doggie door so they come in and out as they please.

I take them to the dog park nearly every day/evening. My own dogs are super friendly, and the only bother they might be is to pester you to play. I have never had a guest dog that bites or isn’t super friendly like my dogs. Well, I haven’t had one that bites, but some of them take a while to warm up and be friendly.

We have a group of us that go to the dog park and have a really good time together and so do our pups. We even have happy hour at the dog park once in a while! Of course, you would be welcome to join us anytime. You would really love our dog park people.

I seldom have visitors except occasionally I will have someone over for a couple of hours in the evening. These will all be females. Except for the occasional get together where some males will be included. I will never have company of any kind without letting you know first, and never will a male stay overnight that isn’t someone in my family.

I have grandkids that live far away from here and occasionally they come to visit. I also have family in the San Marcos area and they come to visit for a night or two once in a while, but not very often. Mostly, I go to San Marcos. For the most part, it will just be me and my roommate in the house. And of course, my pups!

I don’t drink a lot, but I enjoy an occasional drink. I have a good friend that comes over once in a while and we have a couple of drinks and maybe dinner. I love to cook and try new recipes. And you would be so welcome to join us!

The room will be available sometime in May but, I’m not positive of the exact date. If you have to move sooner I have another room where you can stay until the main room is ready. At a lesser price, of course. However, that room is not for rent.

You will be the only other person in the house, because I really don’t want more than one roommate. So our privacy will be great. I just want to live out the rest of my life drama free…and in peace. ❤️
