You would have a private room and full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. We are musicians, crazy hours. We have a huge house fully furnished. All you need is a pillow and blanket. Your room would be secluded upstairs with a Queen bed or your own bed/private full bath. All we do upstairs is band practice one night a week (Normally Wednesdays 8-10 pm) . We have another roomie who is amazing! We have grandkids that stay the night downstairs once in a while. You must be ok with kids, no weirdos or druggies ( smoking is ok outside ) . We are very cool people just don't like a bunch of random people in and out. You would have access to the kitchen, pool/ hot tub, washer /dryer , fridge, microwave, dishwasher. We would like someone we could kind of be like family. No kids or pets to live in. We do have an outside dog who is great with people! Rent is based on single person, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Cable /Wifi . Electricity, Water, Gas . Central heat/ac . Fireplace in the main den.
