Room for rent Hurst

Furnishings are NOT as pictured.

Room is 12.5x11.5 with a full sized bed. No other furnishings currently in it. (This may have changed since posting, I am refreshing the room from a gym) . New carpet is being installed hopefully before the 1st.

Living room has a big screen TV, large pool table, a bar table with 2 seats and a loveseat plus an additional seat.

Dining room has a large table that seats 12.

Backyard has a pool but no furniture right now. (work in progress).

Garage is storage but some shared space can be made available.

Driveway can be made available but currently I park in it and it's a pain to park 2 cars. There is room to park out front. This is negotiable.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
1.) First and foremost this whole house is "man-cavish) meaning function over fashion. Room decoration is nonexistent. Photos are NOT the actual furnishings but were realtor staging from previous owner. Bathroom is as pictured and is private.
2.) You are a guest in MY home. Guests that repeatedly disrespect the owner are asked to leave.
3.) I work from home full time and sometimes long hours. I will be on calls. This has not been an issue with current renter.
4.) There are dogs here. Dogs don't understand spatial restrictions so if your door is left open, they may try to go in. I have gates throughout the house to control where they can go but be warned they WILL beg for food and/or cuddles.
5.) Price for couples is $1000 per month but I prefer single renters.
