ROOMMATE NEEDED ASAP — ALLIANCE FORT WORTH

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate ASAP for my apartment.

My current roommate recently got a new job and had to move out of state, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room for the remainder of our lease. There are about 8 months left on the lease.

LOCATION & APARTMENT:

I’m located in the Sagewater Village Apartments and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Photos are of the apartment’s current state to give you an idea of what it could look like. Everything in the room and bathroom will go, as well as everything in the living room except for the couch, and air purifier.

The complex has some really nice amenities, including:

Pool with grills and covered seating
Fitness center
Lobby/lounge area with pool table
Dog park
Pond with trail
Valet trash service, and a dumpster.
…and several other community amenities.

Washer and dryer were not included but will be for you.
I also have a 12 in 1 air fryer, rice cooker, and toaster.

COST:

• Rent is typically around $1,850/month total
• Your portion would be approximately $925/month
• Electric is typically around $250 total, so roughly $125/person, but obviously varies depending on usage
• Renters insurance would be about $10/month
• Water, sewer, internet, valet trash, and several other things are included in the rent

POTENTIAL MOVE-IN DEAL:

My current roommate is covering this month and potentially next month if I don’t find someone by the end of September. So depending on when someone moves in, you could potentially get at least your first month covered.

LEASE:

There are approximately 8 months remaining, so you wouldn’t be committing to a brand-new 12-month lease.

BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY…

I’m specifically looking for a Godly person / fellow Christian to live with.

I’m not really looking to just find some random stranger to split rent with. I want someone I can actually trust, grow with, fellowship with, and do life with.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who either can minister to me and help me grow in my walk with God, or someone who I can minister to and encourage in their walk. I think having the right person in your home can make a huge difference spiritually and personally.

I’m looking for someone who is genuine, respectful, clean, responsible, trustworthy, and serious about following Christ. Obviously nobody is perfect, but I want someone who is actively pursuing God and wants to live in an environment where we can encourage each other rather than just coexist.

I’m pretty laid back and just want a peaceful, Christ-centered home where we can respect each other and have good fellowship.
