House with room and bath separate from master

Renting room with Full bathroom. Access to laundry and kitchen area with Internet, WiFi and stream TV. I work from home and have a senior beagle and a 1-year-old mini-Aussie. They will most likely bark until they know you. Snack works! I have them on the kitchen counter, and they know exactly where they are! They mostly just sleep, play outside or follow me around.

The room I have available is unfurnished on the other side of the house from me. A 30-yr male is on the same side with the spare bath between them. He is currently away for military service until October. When he is here I hardly ever see him because he has early work hours and gets home around 3:30; stays in his room 90% of the time. He is very quiet. He's in bed by 8:30 or so. He also doesn't have any belongings throughout the house, and primarily keeps only his clothes and military gear, so he is pretty secluded if that is a concern. That being said, he keeps the bathroom pretty empty as well. I do have a house cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks, if you are so inclined to want them to vacuum or dust. If not, they will leave your room untouched. For what it is worth, my kitchen is available as well as laundry. I have a stream TV hung on the wall in the spare room. Ceiling fan, internet and all other utilities I pay for. I have heard some homeowners confine their renters to only the bedroom they rent. I am not that way. I want people to feel welcome, like this is a home. Feel free to ask me any other questions.
