Quiet Senior couple with cats

We have a large 4 bedroom house. One secluded bedroom has a private full bath. We have just installed new flooring throughout the house. The house is very well maintained and everything is in working order. We are looking for a healthy young man who does not smoke or do drugs. Clean (not perfect) background check and references are required. We will not consider married men who "need space" or are "taking a break" No underage visitors or overnight quests are allowed. We have well behaved in/outdoor cats. Their boxes are cleaned EVERY day and the house does not smell. We PREFER a barter lodging agreement for the right person willing to help with small projects, yard work and gardening chores in exchange for a lower lodging fee. Wife is a Master Gardener and degreed horticulturist. There is a small on site vineyard. Both of us are working musicians. On street parking in low crime HOA neighborhood.
