Furnished Bedroom w/ all utilities included!

Howdy! I work in cyber security and work from home as well. I enjoy keeping my house in order so you'll always see me landscaping or doing something in my garage. I love talking to my neighbors but it's pretty easy because they are all so friendly. I enjoy making friends with everybody but also like my quiet alone time. I don't care about what you are or what your preferences are. As long as you have respect for my house and me we'll get along fine. No drama.

My house is located in a new build community and is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Access to 287 is quick and close. The room itself is at the front so access to it is straight from the front door. It has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. It's furnished and has a TV as well. The house is fully secured with a security system and cameras throughout. Washer and dryer are available and you will have access to living room, kitchen, backyard. Guests are allowed but not permitted to stay overnight. No animals. No smoking on the premises. Vaping is not allowed inside the house. Parking is on the driveway.

I also have two other bedrooms for rent. One is furnished ($900) and the other isn't ($800). Both will share a bathroom. The bathroom is full size with bathtub and two sinks.
