- Common areas and items in the kitchen, living, and dining areas are mostly shared.
- To keep things peaceful, we are a drug/smoke-free home with no overnight guests.

About the roommates:

Only 2 people currently live here. The roommates are respectful, responsible, clean, friendly, and keep the home peaceful. Tenants are in their 30s, non-smokers, non-alcoholic drinkers, non-religious, do not party or bring guests over much. Tenants tend to keep to ourselves and have a light chat here and there in the common areas.

Note: There is one resident cat who is super cute, friendly, and loves pets and treats.
