Unfortunately, I was laid off from my job and will need to move for financial and future plans reasons. Otherwise I’d stay here forever! I love the home and my roommie!

The rent is $1,217.50 + utilities ($1300 deposit)

• Great roommate who is kind, clean and communicates well

• length of lease is approximately 18 months (if move-in date is January 1)

We are looking for a professional and responsible woman to take over the lease as soon as possible. No kids, no partying, no one night stands, has a steady job and can communicate well.
