Room for Rent in Grapevine

Hello,
I have a room for rent in my 2bedroom/2bath apartment located within the beautiful Dane Park Apartments. The total base rent per month is $2079.33 (1039.67 per room), but I am asking $850 per month in exchange for this roommate to take over some dog-sitting responsibility. I am an HR Manager for a major cruise line so I am gone for 4 months at a time (I work a 4 month on/2 month off rotation). In exchange for this discounted rent, I need someone to watch after my dogs while I am gone. I will bear all costs of them, I just need someone to feed them, let them out, play with them, etc. If you don't think the discount on rent is fair, let's discuss

About the Apartment and Complex:
It is a beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath apartment with a patio and deck. We are located on the 2nd floor, however our entrance is on the first floor. There is a 85" TV in the living room, and I already have a mounted 32" TV in your bedroom that you can use. You'll have full kitchen access. The room is currently being used as my office as you can see in the pictures. We have laundry in-unit and great appliances including an air fryer, espresso machine, Soda Machine, and Rice Cooker. The apartment complex is a dog-centric apartment complex, however no additional pets please. We also have a large pool and full service gym including free-weights, rope wall, and basketball court.

About the Area:
We are located close to many shopping centers including the Grapevine Mills Mall and are about 10 minutes from DFW Airport.

About Myself:
I'm a 31M, single and straight, and like to relax. I am an avid gamer and love to swim, snowboard, and surf. I am a retired Air Force Officer. My dogs are my life and they got me through some really tough times

About You:
Professional, Clean, with verifiable income (I will verify it). If you like to chill and have fun we'll get along great. If you are a large partier, have one night stands all the time, and aren't respectful, this won't work out.
