Looking for two respectful, clean, and organized roommates to rent two private bedrooms in my single-family home.

💰 Rent & Details:
Rent: $900/month per room (ALL utilities included – electricity, water, trash, internet), due on the 1st of the month.
Security Deposit: $650 (one time)
Application Fee: $45 (one time)
Move-in Date: Late September to Early October
Full Bathroom: Shared between the two room tenants

Shared access to kitchen, comfortable living room, and laundry room (washer and dryer included)
Spacious backyard
Located in a great, quiet neighborhood in North Fort Worth.
10 mins from HEB.
15 mins from Stockyards.
25 mins from TCU.

🐾 Pets & Smoke Policy:
No pets allowed for incoming tenants.
However must be dog-friendly, as I have two dogs living in the house. (See Picture)
Strictly non-smoking / no vaping inside or on the property.

📋 Applicant Requirements:
Must pass a background and credit check
Proof of income / income verification required
Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
