Looking for Roomate in Saginaw Tx

Hello, I am offering a room and a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. I reside in the larger Master bedroom. Cats are welcome but no dogs. I own a cat friendly dog and one cat, both of which are seniors and shouldn't bother. Smoking and 🍃 friendly (outdoors if not vape product). The apartment is fully furnished (as is the room) with couches, kitchen appliances, an in unit washer and dryer. The room has a desk, full size bed, and two closets. The bathroom will be shared. All furniture and appliances outside of the offered bedroom belong to me but are free for communal use.

A little bit about me. I am a 21 year old Asexual queer female. I smoke 🍃 but no nicotine products and I enjoy staying home in my free time and playing vr games, drinking with my friends online, playing pc games, crochet and cooking. I am nocturnal as I work nights till morning shifts most days as a cook. I have a few severe allergies so any food with nuts/peanuts of any sort I request to be stored and eaten in your room (candy wise, peanuts and peanut butter cannot enter the home due to the severity of the one allergy I appologise for the inconvenience)
