4 Bedroom Home located in North Fort Worth off of 287 and Bonds Ranch Road. Single professional occupies home in master bedroom. 1 Room available for rent with private bathroom. Access to washer and dryer. Pets welcome within reason and prefer small-medium dogs only. Two small dogs and 1 cat currently in home. Prefer a lesbian or gay male as a roommate (must be LGTBQ friendly). Background check required. Access to driveway parking and limited garage storage. Room has a new queen size bed but it can be moved if you'd like to bring your own. No other furniture in the room (11 x 10) + closet. Full access to furnished kitchen and living room. Separate office available (12 x 10) with desk (to be shared or rented solely for an additional fee. All bills included (electric, internet, water/sewer/trash/Hulu/Netflix/Prime Video but must bring own smart TV). Interview will be required as well as a visit with your pets. Must be willing to clean your own spaces! No drugs!
