Furnished private room, big house, big yard.

Nice private room with near by bathroom. The house itself is walking distance from grocery and convenience stores. When renting you have full access to the living room, kitchen, garage, and so on as you see fit. I myself stay within my room usually, and only go to the bathroom and kitchen. You won't be bothered. Unless rent is due or something of course!

You'll live with one other person in the house, just me.

Rent on entire house is very high, but you'll only pay $1000 a month for the room as I will pay the majority of left over rent. Utilities may change depending on how much we use the heater/AC over the months. I personally pay about 300-400 which is why I estimate to pay half for utility share with you (Maybe $200 but can be lower). But willing to negotiate on this, as rent is the most important.

Some times the bills may be lower, and Elec/Water (Internet is always same price) only end up being like 200-300 for the month and you only have to pitch in like 100 extra bucks, making a total of $1100 bucks for the month for rent and bills. We'll work together on maybe keeping the AC/Heating bill down so you don't have to pay a lot on utilities for the month!

Room includes bed, TV, night stands, and a closet.

Bathroom arrangements will be decided by tenant needs. If you NEED a private bathroom, I can accommodate, but preferred to be shared as it's easier, but not required.

I don't care about your age, gender, identity, work, preferences or any of that. You be you. I just want someone who will live here a while (prefer at least a year minimum, unless you like it and just want to stick around for longer) to help pay the rent and just have a peaceful living situation. Looking for a live in mate, not a few months roommate.

We don't have to be best friends, or anything like that. If you prefer your privacy, and just need a place to live. That's what you're getting. No forced friendships or anything required.

I live alone here, and my brother owns the house. I pay him rent. You pay me monthly, I pay him our combined rent. I take care of all utility bills, so you'll pay me directly for those too. (Except your own things, like your own phone, groceries and so on.) Water, Electric, and Internet, is what you're paying on.

Large back yard with patio. If you are a smoker, no smoking inside the house, outside back or front yard only. Garage is a bit messy, but can move things around if you want to use it for your car. Just let me know.

Kroger, Albertsons, pizza places, convenience stores, all sorts in walking distance from house. Need a quick grocery run? Albertsons is a literal five minute walk.

You're free to have friends come and go. No parties or anything of course. If you have a pet and it's required you bring them. It will be extra on rent but it will be decided by type of animal after discussing with my brother. (A small little hamster or something is not going to cost you anything for example. A dog or cat obviously will.)

Anything else we'll discuss once you agree on anything basically outlined. Questions and so on will be welcome. Just pay rent on time every month. We'll be happy.
